Terms of service
The agreement between you and Sourdough AI LLC when you use SundayBridge. Plain language on purpose — no surprises buried in the fine print.
Effective January 1, 2026
In plain english
- It's $19 a month. The public demo is the trial — cancel anytime, no contract.
- The data you enter belongs to your church, not to us. We don't sell it.
- The service is provided as-is, and we're honest on the changelog about what it does and doesn't do yet.
This summary is for orientation only — the full terms below are what govern.
01The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Sourdough AI LLC (“we,” “us”), which operates SundayBridge. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
02Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your login and for keeping your credentials safe. SundayBridge currently uses a single login per church — there aren't separate staff accounts or roles yet — so anyone you share that login with can see everything in your church's account, including giving and pastoral care. If you think someone has gained access they shouldn't have, tell us at support@sundaybridge.com.
03Subscription and billing
It's $19 a month. The public demo is the trial — cancel anytime, no contract. We bill through Stripe. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time; your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't pro-rate partial months. Prices can change, but we'll tell you before a change affects you.
04Your data
The people, giving, and records you enter belong to your church, not to us. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy. You can ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing support@sundaybridge.com.
05Acceptable use
Use SundayBridge for your own church's administration. Don't try to break into other churches' accounts, disrupt the service, resell it, or use it to store data you have no right to hold. We may suspend an account that does.
06What the service does — and doesn't
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. SundayBridge is early software, and we tell you plainly what is and isn't built on our changelog. Please don't rely on a feature that isn't there yet. We don't give tax, legal, or accounting advice; the numbers you keep in the app are yours to verify.
07Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Keeping your own record of anything critical is a reasonable precaution.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sourdough AI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of- law rules.
09Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its effective date, and we'll flag anything significant. Continuing to use SundayBridge after a change means you accept the updated terms.
